The Event Space holds 75 people. It has a high vaulted ceiling and large windows with lots of light and view of the beautiful landscape including Deer Lake. It is equipped with a projector and audio equipment and multiple AC outlets on dedicated circuits. A full kitchen is located in an adjacent room.
Rates for the Event Space at Warbler’s Roost are as follows:
– Basic booking is $50/hr with discounts for longer bookings.
Please note: your booking should include setup, duration of event and take down time.
– Audio-Visual Support requires an additional charge of $35/hr
– Client is responsible for all third party supply rentals and catering
as well as food and alcohol licensing.
