The Event Space holds approximately 65 people depending on layout. It is a bright room with a vaulted ceiling, short porch balcony and a view of the lake and forest. It is equipped with projector and audio equipment and multiple AC outlets on dedicated circuits. A full kitchen is located in an adjacent room.
Rates for the Event Space at Warbler’s Roost are as follows:
Basic booking is $50/hr with discounts for longer bookings. Booking includes setup, duration of event and take down time.
Audio-Visual Support requires an additional charge of $35/hr
Client is responsible for all third party supply rentals and catering as well as food and beverage licensing.
Non-profit and community discounts are available.
